COVID-19
Firstly, we hope that everyone is keeping themselves safe and well! We are taking a number of steps keeping our staff and guests safe during these difficult times.
- When you arrive, we are now operating a contactless check-in and check-out procedure. Please have at hand your booking confirmation to ensure you know which pod you have booked. We will contact guests prior to their arrival date.
- All pods have at least 6 meters distance between, perfect for social distancing.
- We will pay attention particularly to surfaces where guests may come into contact e.g. Door handles, light switches and plugs etc. All doors and windows will be opened to help the fresh air circulate around the pod during cleaning.
- Our staff will always wear the correct PPE e.g. gloves, masks and hand sanitizer will always be at hand to keep themselves and you are safe.
- All pods will be thoroughly cleaned with professional grade disinfectant products after each guest has departed to provide a clean and sanitized stay for the next guests.
- All bed linen and towels will be washed on high temperatures.
- All laminated information sheets will be cleaned after each stay.
- A disposable cloth and scourer will be left in the pod for our guests to use and then disposed.
- Soft furnishings, hard surfaces and floors will be steamed to give a thorough clean.
- Outdoor furniture will be disinfected and cleaned to a high standard for your safety.
- We can ensure our hot tubs are emptied, meticulously cleaned, and refilled after each guest has used them to keep the water as clean and fresh as possible. Also, we use a small amount of chlorine in our wood fired hot tubs to kill any harmful bacteria and diseases, we check the PH balance before each use to make sure there is the correct amount in the water.
- Our staff will always respect the 2-meter social distancing rule with our guests for yours and our safety, we expect guests to do the same.
- We do have a hand sanitizer dispenser around the site for guests to use. We strongly advise you to use after touching our animals or using the outdoor play equipment.
- Only glamping guests will be allowed onto the site, visiting family or friends will not be allowed to enter and will be asked to leave.
- Our staff will not work at all if having symptoms of COVID-19. Please always respect other guests and staff on site regards to social distancing.
